Monitoring

A fix has been implemented, and we are monitoring the results. The fix may take some time to fully roll out. If you are still unable to access Transaction Pro Online, a DNS flush and browser cache clear may help. We recommend that you have a local IT professional complete this. You can also contact our support team via phone at 888-297-6172 or via chat at https://tprosupport.rightworks.com/home/

To do this on your own, follow these steps:
Open the Start menu by clicking the Windows icon.
Type "cmd" in the search bar and press Enter.
Right-click on "Command Prompt" in the search results.
Select "Run as administrator" to open the Command Prompt with elevated privileges.
Type the following command into the Command Prompt window: ipconfig /flushdns.
Press Enter: to execute the command.
Look for the confirmation message indicating that the DNS cache has been successfully flushed.
Close the Command Prompt window to finish.
