Our engineers identified the root cause of today’s reduced system performance and implemented a fix. As of 6:30pm EST customers were again able to access their hosted applications under normal operating speeds. If you are still seeing any issues, please contact our support team to investigate further.

Identified -
We’re currently receiving reports of performance issues in our hosted environment. Our Network Engineers have identified an internet routing issue impacting subscribers who use Comcast/Xfinity as their ISP. It is affecting performance inside of the Rightworks hosting platform.
We’ve reached out to the affected service providers to alert them of the issue. While the Rightworks hosted environment is 100% available and operational, we will be providing updates to the affected customers as they are made available.

We are currently experiencing higher than normal contact volume related to performance & connectivity of the Rightworks Hosted Desktop. Our engineers are working on identifying root cause and we will provide updates here as soon as they become available.
